MRT Direct Policies

General:

• Orders may not be consigned until payment has been received and funds cleared.
   
• All freight and insurance costs will be charged for in addition to cost of items ordered.
   
• All payments must be in Australian Dollars (AU$). Your bank will do the conversion at your end if necessary.

Payment methods:

• Credit Cards
  We accept credit card payment UP TO the value of AU$2,000.00.  More than this must be paid for with one of the other methods below. A surcharge of 2.5% will be added to cover the cost of Transaction fees from our bank.
   

• Cheques or Money Orders
  We accept Australia Post Money orders, Bank Cheques, and business cheques. These must be made payable to MRT Performance and clearance of these funds (often 7-10 working days for cheques) may apply.
   
• Direct Deposit, TT or Wire Transfer  
  From overseas you must allow an additional AU$20 to cover the Bank Transfer Fees. Without this we will not receive the correct amount of money.
  
  Direct deposit and TT / Wire Transfers may also be made at any bank, preferably the ANZ, our details are:

PLEASE: When you do the Direct Deposit give the bank your surname or the name the order is under, for them to use to code the payment with as an ID. Without this it is harder to identify receipt of your payment and delay in consignment may result.

It is your responsibility to ensure the funds go into the correct account, (check it with the teller).

You must FAX or EMAIL the deposit slip to us that you get from the bank so we know when you have transferred it into our account (our staff aren't psychic). Please include your full details to aid identification.

NB: All dimensions quoted are approximate. All images depicting products are not to any particular scale and are for identification purposes only. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and subject to change without notice. Any other currencies are approximations only and subject to accurate conversion to Australian Dollars at time of payment.

GST:  All orders shipped to Australian addresses must be charged Australian GST ( 10% Goods and Services Tax) in addition to prices quoted. Shipment to non Australian addresses do not incur this tax.
