Andrew's
carI took my MY05 wagon to WSID on Wednesday night for the street meet. It has the MRT 3" exhaust with the oval muffler and cat in the up pipe, ECUTEK 1.5 tune, 500hp fuel pump (from the XB kit) but as yet is still running the standard air filter. (So not the full XB kit yet!) With the spare tyre out and a tank full of BP ultimate plus 104+ octane boost it ran a 13.73@160km/h (99.55mph), that was with an air temp of 32°C. Can't wait to get the CAI and the pod filter on and go back on a cold night (with a little more experience now between the steering wheel and the front seat!) I must say I was really impressed with this time, especially on a very hot night. Still not as quick as my old RX2 but we are far from finished yet! Photo courtesy of Badger Photography |

With Corvette twin piston calipers and 33mm slotted rotors at the front, and EVO IV rear brakes it has the stopping power to match. 17 inch Momo wheels, Koni adjustable shocks, lowered Kings springs and Whiteline rear swaybar kit it also handles somewhat better than the standard car! |
