An "under the skin" look at a Subaru 01 Impreza WRX

The following pictures were taken by Brett Middleton of the raw steel chassis, engine and also the drive line configuration. Look closely and you can see such items as:

How the pressed panels of the chassis are fabricated and welded together
The layout of the drive shafts and engine location
The position of the exhaust system and the suspension
The Ver 7 or 01 / 02 turbo engine is also shown. (not STi Spec)

NOTE: The six cylinder H6 engine is also shown.
