Based on the STi Subaru Impreza, MRT Performance have released an upgrade that makes a real impact, not only on the Subaru tuning scene but also higher value cars such as Porsche, BMW and such.

Built on the success of other upgrade kits that the we distribute, (more here) this kit, Code named P-25 (MRT P-25) is available to any 2001 onwards STi Impreza, however the more recent models have more factory features that enhance its appeal and will be available delivered ready to "turn key" as an option to brand new or used cars.
Models from MY06, save significantly as they don’t need a new block as part of the upgrade.

"Similar to the Litchfield 'Type 25' produced in the UK which is based on the more costly (and higher spec) "Type C" Japanese limited model, has many similar products to the MRT P-25, such as EcuTeK reflashed factory ECU, some Whiteline enhanced suspension, body kit improvements and more, “but what we wanted was to offer a locally produced model that is actually better" said Brett Middleton, owner of MRT Performance. "Our aim is to produce a package that is far superior to the factory delivered models, in both reliability, economy, power and torque whilst providing Porsche beating performance." he added.

Based on improving the factory standard model, one of the major complaints of standard vehicle owners and journalists was its poor low end response. This was one area that MRT has focused on heavily in its development of the P-25. In addition to the performance upgrades the P-25 is offered with a warranty and full ADR compliance.

In partnership with Australian suspension specialists Whiteline, this car will offer the complete package. "We wanted to make something that was true to our cause, that is to create something that is reliable and comfortable midweek, whilst still being extremely potent for the weekend" said Jim Gurief director of Whiteline.
